  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Let's start preparing our wonderful dish by slightly heating the milk (so that it becomes lukewarm), adding yeast and sugar. Leave to rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

At this time, melt the butter, add 1 yolk to it, mix. Next, add a little salt, wheat flour, milk and yeast, mix well again and knead the dough. Take a small bowl, grease the walls and bottom with sunflower oil, transfer the dough into it and leave for 1.5 hours.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Next, add cinnamon and sugar to the melted butter. When the dough rises, roll it out into a layer no thicker than 1 cm. Grease 2/3 of the mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Let's roll it up. Then turn it seam side down and press lightly to make the roll a little flatter.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Stepping back 2 cm from the edge of the roll, cut it lengthwise.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

The resulting ends must be intertwined.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Now we roll our “braid” into a circle and grease it with the remaining mixture of butter, cinnamon and sugar. Place the resulting product in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

    We enjoy the result!
