Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

We peel the potatoes and onions. Three on a grater. I don’t strain the potatoes.
STEP 2

Mix all the ingredients except the flour. Leave for 15 minutes so that the semolina swells and add the flour.
STEP 3

Fry until golden brown in a well-heated frying pan.
STEP 4

Serve with sour cream. Bon appetit!!!
