STEP 1

Dissolve the yeast in warm water until foam appears.

Knead the dough. Place the dough in a warm place for 2 hours.

Knead, put in a warm place for at least another hour. Then knead the dough again on a floured table. The dough should be soft, it may even stick to your hands, but just a little.
STEP 7

Roll the dough into a sausage, cut it into pieces and form small balls from the dough pieces.
STEP 8

Roll each ball into a thin flat cake. Place the filling in the middle of the flatbreads.
STEP 9

Then make the pies.
STEP 10

Place the products on a greased baking sheet or on greased baking paper. Brush them with beaten egg.
STEP 11

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
STEP 12
