Dough for pies, buns and buns

The dough is light, airy and very tasty! This dough is very pleasant to work with. Well suited for pies with any fillings. You can also make buns, buns and cheesecakes from it.

Maybe the recipe is good. However, in the “layout” of the products, soda is mentioned, and in the step-by-step photographs there is no mention of soda anywhere, but appears... SOUR CREAM, which is not mentioned in the recipe at all. Is it possible to write more precisely about the products used? In addition, from my own experience I know that liquid ingredients - 400 ml of milk, and also 3 eggs and sour cream - is a lot for 500 g of flour.

I clarified again - yes, indeed, the recipe calls for 2 glasses (200 ml each) of milk - at least that’s what it says in the “layout”.

For 500 grams of flour, take 250 grams of liquid. And the recipe calls for 400 grams. 2 eggs, melted sunflower oil. Something doesn’t fit here. Then, for some reason, baking powder was added if the yeast is according to the recipe. What does this give? Some kind of recipe is incomprehensible, but interesting.

The recipe is excellent, it’s the only one I use now, thank you! BUT, I also definitely add about a teaspoon of salt) and due to the lack of milk in the house I tried water once instead, the dough also turned out great)
