Measure with a measuring cup and you can pour two hundred and fifty grams of warm kefir into a suitable container. Then add two tablespoons of sugar to the kefir.

Add one full tablespoon of flour to the mug.

Mix all the ingredients well in a mug and set aside to activate the yeast for fifteen to twenty minutes.

Break one chicken egg into a large bowl. Be sure to wash the egg with soap first to remove all dirt from it.

Add half a teaspoon of salt to the bowl with the egg.

Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Add 100 grams of 15% sour cream.

Place the dough on a floured table and knead it well for about 10 minutes. The dough will be soft, pliable, not sticky.

Brush the dough with a little vegetable oil and place in a bowl. Cover the top with a napkin and leave for thirty-five to forty minutes in a warm place.

After forty minutes my dough was ready and had increased in size nicely. Place the dough on a table that has previously been sprinkled with a little flour and divide it into two equal parts.

Knead the dough well.

Roll out the dough into a flat cake half a centimeter thick.

Using a suitable shape, cut each cake into the required size for donuts.

Place the required amount of thick jam on each piece.

Close the filling by simply gathering the edges and fastening them very well.

So form all the donuts and put them aside for now.
