I prepared a delicious dessert with prunes and walnuts with sour cream. I washed the prunes and poured boiling water over them for 10 minutes. I dried the nuts in a dry frying pan. Then I stuffed the prunes with nuts. Boil water with prunes and sugar in a saucepan and cook until thick. Added prunes, wine and boiled a little. Placed the prunes in a bowl, poured over sour cream mixed with powdered sugar. A delicious dish that is ideal as a New Year's dessert!
