STEP 1

How to make cutlets with an egg inside? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For such cutlets you can use any type of meat. I will cook with pork and chicken. Pass both types of meat through a meat grinder and turn into minced meat. You can buy minced meat already prepared. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
STEP 2

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Pour milk over the loaf and leave it to soak.
STEP 3

Following the meat, pass the onion, garlic and a loaf of milk through a meat grinder, slightly squeezed out of the milk. The presence of the loaf in milk makes the minced meat more tender and juicy.
STEP 4

Add salt, ground pepper and a little paprika. You can change the spices slightly to suit your taste. Mix all ingredients well with each other to make the mass more homogeneous. Beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl. This will make it tighter.
STEP 5

With wet hands, form the minced meat into a flat cake and add a boiled egg.
STEP 6

Cover the egg with minced meat and form into a large patty. Roll the cutlet in breadcrumbs.
STEP 7

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the cutlets with eggs.
STEP 8

Fry them on all sides over low heat so that they have time to cook well inside. This will take 3-4 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the cutlets for another 3-4 minutes to steam them a little.
STEP 9
