STEP 1
How to very quickly and quite simply prepare eclair cakes from choux pastry with butter cream, which are sure to please many for their excellent taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing delicious homemade custard cakes with cream.
STEP 2
To prepare the choux pastry, take a saucepan and pour one hundred milliliters of boiled water, one hundred milliliters of milk and eighty milliliters of vegetable oil into it, pour a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar into it, then place the saucepan on the stove and bring all the ingredients to a boil at high heat on the stove.
STEP 3
Pour one hundred and eighty grams of pre-sifted premium wheat flour into a saucepan.
STEP 4
Reduce the temperature of the stove and quickly mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan with a spatula and knead into a homogeneous choux dough.
STEP 5
Place the prepared choux pastry from the saucepan into a deep bowl and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
STEP 6
Break four to five chicken eggs into the bowl with the choux pastry one at a time and carefully mix them into the dough with a spatula until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
STEP 7
Take a pastry bag with a nozzle and place the resulting homogeneous dough from the bowl into it.
STEP 8
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, then squeeze the dough out of the bag and form eclairs of the required size at a distance of at least four centimeters from each other, then wet your finger with water and adjust the shape of the cakes.
STEP 9
Place the baking sheet on the middle level of the preheated oven and bake the eclairs at a temperature of one hundred and ninety degrees for twenty minutes, then switch the oven to one hundred and seventy degrees and bake the cakes for another twenty minutes, then leave them in the switched off and closed oven for another fifteen minutes.
STEP 10
Open the oven door slightly after the time has elapsed for five minutes, then remove the tray with eclairs from the oven.
STEP 11
We begin preparing the cream and place three hundred and fifty milliliters of cream in a deep bowl, then pour two tablespoons of powdered sugar into it and beat with a mixer until a fluffy butter cream is obtained.
STEP 12
Take a cooking bag with a nozzle and put the prepared cream into it, then generously fill all the eclairs with cream one by one and place them on a baking sheet.
STEP 13
Randomly decorate all the eclairs with cream on top and sprinkle them with powdered sugar through a small strainer.
