I made curls from puff pastry with sugar for tea today. I rolled out a layer of puff pastry, sprinkled it with sugar mixed with ground cinnamon and twisted it on both sides. Thanks to the water, the curls stuck together well and only during cooking did the couple separate. I rolled the sliced ​​pieces in regular sugar on top. The curls didn’t take long to bake.
