STEP 1

How to make cottage cheese banana dessert? Prepare your food. Cottage cheese is suitable for any fat content, just keep in mind that the calorie content of the dish will depend on this. I used 5%. The same applies to sour cream. Take ripe, large, fragrant bananas.
STEP 2

Peel the bananas and break them into a deep bowl. Add cottage cheese to bananas.
STEP 3

Blend the cottage cheese and bananas with an immersion blender. You should get a homogeneous creamy mass.
STEP 4

Then add sugar, salt and flour to the resulting mass, mix with a whisk. Beat eggs into a bowl, add sour cream. Using a mixer, beat everything together until fluffy and smooth.
STEP 5

Take a baking dish. I have a silicone one, d 22cm. I didn't lubricate it. If the mold is metal, ceramic or glass, grease it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth the top with a spatula.
STEP 6

Bake the dessert in an oven preheated to 150°C for about 1 hour. The exact time will depend on your oven and pan size. The dessert should stabilize well. Remove it from the oven and cool completely. Then put it in the refrigerator overnight.
STEP 7

Serve dessert to the table. You can decorate it with sliced bananas and berries. Bon appetit!
