Great recipe for banana curd dessert! We love cottage cheese in any form, and if you add bananas, it turns out great. For dessert, I took two large ripe bananas and fresh cottage cheese. I didn't have time to mix the ingredients separately, so I just put everything in a blender and blended for just a minute. At first it seemed that the “test” would not be enough. But it only seemed like it; in fact, the curd mass fit into a glass mold with a diameter of 20 cm, filling it more than halfway. The result was a standard sized casserole. Which makes my family very happy! My dessert turned out lush, airy, and juicy. It looks like the most delicate soufflé. The taste and aroma are distinctly banana. We treated ourselves to this dessert for breakfast. Thanks for the recipe!
