Cupcake with frozen cherries on yogurt

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients for the recipe in advance and start cooking. Instead of butter, any margarine for baking will do. Instead of yogurt, you can use kefir. Frozen cherries can be replaced with canned ones.
STEP 2
Defrost the cherries. Carefully remove the seeds using the tip of a knife or a needle. And strain the excess juice through a strainer.
STEP 3
Lightly beat the eggs with granulated sugar.
STEP 4
Sift flour, baking powder and vanillin together into a homogeneous dry mass.
STEP 5
Pour yogurt into the sugar mashed with eggs, add melted butter and mix well.
STEP 6
Then, gradually add flour to this mixture and mix well so that no lumps form.
STEP 7
Add prepared berries to the dough base and mix.
STEP 8
Take a mold or deep frying pan, grease with vegetable oil and fill with dough. The dough mass should have the consistency of pancakes.
STEP 9
Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180°C - 200°C and bake for about 40 minutes. Once the cake is baked, remove the pan and let it cool to make it easier to remove from the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
STEP 10
Cut the cake into portions and serve. The baked goods are very tender, with a fragrant smell. Perfect for tea drinking. You can prepare such a dessert for a children's event, as well as for an afternoon snack. Children really like baking with berries. Bon appetit!
