Delicious oatmeal cookies with seeds, sesame seeds and peanuts! A very simple recipe for crispy cookies without flour. The cookies are very tasty and easy to prepare!

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Grind the flakes into flour using a blender or meat grinder. Add roasted and finely chopped peanuts. Add regular sesame seeds and roasted seeds.
STEP 2

Mix everything.
STEP 3

Add sugar and salt to soft butter. Mix with a spoon. Add the egg and mix well with a fork until smooth. Add butter mixture to dry mixture.
STEP 4

Mix everything well.
STEP 5

Form cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
STEP 6

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees until lightly browned. Remove from the oven, let cool completely, and remove from the baking sheet.
STEP 7

As always, I take more than what is indicated in the recipe. I love to eat. I took long-cooking oatmeal, an egg, and Jerusalem artichoke syrup instead of sugar. Sesame. It turned out awesome!!! I will make it again, with different fillings!
