Creamy seafood pasta

Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 15 mins
STEP 1
Wash and chop the greens.
STEP 2
Peel and chop the garlic.
STEP 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 4
Salt the boiling water and put the spaghetti to cook. Cook for 1 minute less than what is written on the package.
STEP 5
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic.
STEP 6
Add shrimp to the garlic and fry them a little.
STEP 7
Add sour cream and cheese and simmer until a smooth sauce forms. Instead of sour cream, you can use cream, just be careful with it - when overheated, it flakes and ruins everything.
STEP 8
Add spaghetti to the pan, stir and heat everything together. If the sauce is too thick, add spaghetti cooking water (a small ladle is usually enough).
STEP 9
Serve sprinkled with herbs. Basil is especially good here, in my opinion.
