I took the author’s recipe as a basis, making very minor adjustments. I don’t really like coho salmon, so I replaced it with rainbow trout. I also rarely use spices, so I only used salt and ground black pepper as seasoning. The fish turned out bomb. So juicy and tender words cannot describe it. Many thanks to the author, I will bake fish like this again, it turned out very tasty)
