Clear pork broth
A versatile and delicious dish for the whole family! Meat broth is a versatile and tasty dish; you can use it to prepare other dishes, or freeze it for use, or just have it hot with some bread. TASTY.
Step-by-step preparation
- STEP 1 - Products that we will need. 
- STEP 2 - Pour water over the meat on the bone, add salt, bay leaf, peppercorns, onion with peel, peeled carrots, and salt. Bring to a boil and skim off the foam, so that the broth is transparent, you need to collect all the foam, and turn on the heat so quietly that the broth barely simmers, cook for 3-4 hours (so that the meat comes off the bone). 
- STEP 3 - The broth is ready. Remove the meat separately, remove the bay leaf, pepper, carrots and onions, carefully pour the broth into a plate. This broth can be used to make soups and add to various dishes. You can pour it into molds or bags (cooled broth) and freeze it, and then use it for its intended purpose. And very tasty hot, with bread..... DELICIOUS!
