Cinnamon Rolls with Vanilla Glaze

STEP 1
1. Let's get started! Roll out our dough to a thickness of 4-5 ml. Apply butter on top of the dough. Distribute over the entire surface.

2. Add cinnamon to sugar and also distribute this mixture over the entire area of the dough.

3. Roll the dough into a tube and cut into pieces (about 2-3 cm thick). Transfer them to a baking sheet. Brush the top with egg.
STEP 4
4. Now take our puff pastry. We repeat with puff pastry the same thing as in points 1-3. We only divide a large layer of dough in half to increase the number of our “ears” made of puff pastry.
STEP 5
5. Place all the baked goods in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 C.
STEP 6
6. Meanwhile, we will prepare the glaze. Pour powdered sugar, a little vanillin into a dry bowl and gradually pour in the milk, stirring constantly. Heat the whole mass over low heat. Ideally, you should get a homogeneous snow-white mass with a glossy surface.
STEP 7
7. Our little puff “ears” are ready. Drizzle them with glaze. But leave the large buns in the oven for about 7-10 minutes. We also pour glaze over the buns.
