Cinnamon rolls in the microwave

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to bake buns in the microwave? Prepare ingredients for making buns. This amount of food is enough for two small buns or one large one, which can be cut in half. You can use milk instead of water, the dough will be softer. With water the recipe turns out lean.
STEP 2

Take a bowl, sift flour into it. Add salt and baking powder, stir.
STEP 3

Start kneading the dough by adding three tablespoons of water first. Then, as you mix, add one spoon at a time as needed. The dough should become moderately thick, not liquid. It took me about 6 tablespoons of water.
STEP 4

Place the dough on a board sprinkled with flour and knead it a little more. Then roll out with a rolling pin into a long layer, about 10 cm wide. Focus on the height of the mug in which you will bake.
STEP 5

Mix sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle the mixture over the pastry sheet.
STEP 6

Roll the dough into a roll. Grease the inside of the mug with vegetable oil. Choose microwave-safe dishes. Place the roll in the mug.
STEP 7

Place the mug in the microwave. Set to the highest power setting. Cooking time - 45 seconds or more. Look at the test status. I have a maximum power of 750 watts, I held the bun for 3 minutes. I checked every minute. My bun was very thick, I think that was the reason for the long cooking time. You could cut it into two parts and cook it in small mugs.
STEP 8

While the loaf is baking, prepare the icing sugar. To do this, add a little water or milk to the powdered sugar and stir thoroughly until smooth.
STEP 9

The finished bun will grow a little in volume, but will remain white. Don't let this scare you - the dough will be absolutely ready.
STEP 10

Shake the bun out of the mug onto a plate - it will easily slide out.
STEP 11

I specially cut the bun in half so that it could be seen that the dough was baked.
STEP 12

Drizzle glaze over cut or whole buns. Serve immediately while warm. A cold bun becomes hard.
