I made cutlets from chicken breast. Instead of green onions, I used onions. I did not add dill, garlic and pepper. When fried, onions become sweet and tender, imparting their taste to the meat, which I really like. I didn’t fry the cutlets for a long time, just slightly browned them so as not to dry them out.
