For the curd filling, grind the cottage cheese with sugar; if desired, you can add vanilla sugar or lemon zest.

Grind the egg with sugar.

Add melted and cooled butter (you can use vegetable oil) and mix.

Add kefir and mix again.

Sift flour with baking powder and cocoa powder.

Mix the dough until smooth.

Wonderful recipe. Simple and quick to prepare. All the ingredients are simple and almost always available in any refrigerator. I really like to treat myself to sweets, especially with coffee or tea, and sometimes it’s scary to eat store-bought sweets (they contain God knows what). And these homemade cupcakes are very tasty, and most importantly, you know what they are made of. And the child can safely feed them, especially since he eats them with pleasure!
