Chocolate cupcake in the microwave with vanilla and sour cream

STEP 1
Ingredients you will need: Flour and cocoa need to be sifted well. Butter needs to be melted. Egg and sour cream should be at room temperature. Butter 82% fat. Sour cream 20% fat. Soda, salt, vanillin. Medium-sized egg. Sugar to taste. I have 50 g, from 60 g it will also be very tasty.
STEP 2
The sequence of mixing products does not matter at all. But it’s easier if you first combine the dry ingredients and then mix with the liquid. This is the consistency of the dough.
STEP 3
I pour the dough into the mold. I level it. I have a ceramic mold with a volume of a little more than 700 ml. Any container about 500 ml will do. with high sides. But it must be designed for a microwave oven!!!
STEP 4
I cook for 4 minutes. The power of my microwave is 850 watts. There is no need to cover anything. It is also not advisable to open the microwave ahead of time. You can check readiness with a wooden stick.
STEP 5
It is advisable to immediately remove the cupcake from the mold because condensation collects at the bottom and the dough may be wet. That's all! The cake is ready to eat.
STEP 6
Well baked, rose.
STEP 7
You can cut into portions and invite everyone for tea. You can also sprinkle with powdered sugar or cocoa, pour over melted chocolate or caramel. Or you can even go further, spread with sour cream and you will get a real, delicious chocolate cake :)
