Since childhood, I remember how pies were baked in my grandmother’s kitchen, and the kitchen was filled with warmth and aromas. These moments united our family, and the love of food became an integral part of our lives. Growing up surrounded by my grandmother's recipes and colorful dishes from different cuisines around the world, I realized that every dish has a story. Today I want to share this love and open the doors of cooking to everyone, showing that cooking can be simple and fun. Each of our dishes is a small journey that we can take together.

I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at Seattle Culinary Academy.
