Chinese cabbage salad with smoked cheese

STEP 1

How to make a delicious Chinese cabbage salad? Prepare all the necessary products.
STEP 2

Peel the carrots and garlic, remove the top spoiled hard leaves from the Chinese cabbage. Drain the juice from canned corn. Rinse all vegetables under running cold water.
STEP 3

Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips. Place in a large cup, salad bowl or bowl.
STEP 4

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and add to the cabbage. You can use a grater for Korean salads, so the carrots will look more appetizing.
STEP 5

Grind the smoked cheese using a grater and add it to the salad bowl.
STEP 6

Add canned corn to all ingredients.
STEP 7

The finishing touches remain, grate the garlic on a fine grater, or pass through a garlic press. Place the garlic and mayonnaise in a salad bowl. The amount of mayonnaise can be increased as desired. I don’t particularly like salads that “swim” in mayonnaise, so I try to add it to a minimum. A salad with homemade maonnaise will be very tasty.
STEP 8

Mix the salad thoroughly and taste. If necessary, add salt to taste. I do without salt; the fact that the cheese is salty enough is enough for me.
STEP 9

The salad is ready, ready to serve! Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and ground pepper if desired.
