STEP 1
How to bake wings with potatoes in the oven? First, prepare your ingredients. Wash the wings thoroughly, remove excess if necessary. Then dry the meat and cut into smaller pieces if you prefer. I simply cut the wings in half, cutting off the extra “finger” from them - that is, the third, narrowest part, on which there is almost no meat.
STEP 2
Place the wings in a suitable sized bowl, add salt and pepper, add dry spices, and mix. You can change the set of spices to your taste. Pour vegetable oil, soy sauce, lemon juice over the wings and mix again. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
STEP 3
Peel the garlic by dividing it into cloves. Cut the garlic into slices, not too finely.
STEP 4
Add chopped garlic to the wings and stir. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.
STEP 5
Wash the potatoes and dry them. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices the same size as the wing pieces. In this case, the dish will look more beautiful and neat.

Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl and cover them with a marinade of vegetable oil, Italian herbs, paprika and hot red pepper. And

Transfer the potatoes and wings to a greased baking dish. Arrange meat and vegetables evenly. If necessary, you can drizzle them with oil again and add spices. Place the pan in the oven. 5-10 minutes after baking, you can cover the pan with foil or a lid. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Then, removing the foil, another 5-10 minutes. Focus on your oven.
