I had long heard about chicken tabaka, but I thought that this was a restaurant dish and couldn’t be cooked at home. When I saw the recipe, I was surprised that it was as easy as shelling pears and a “restaurant” at home. I had a small chicken, as recommended in the recipe. I cut it across the breast and made it flat. I washed the carcass, removing excess moisture from the glass. The chicken was marinated. I decided to add garlic too. I cut “pockets” in the chicken with a knife and placed garlic slices there. The chicken was baked in the pan until a golden brown, crispy crust formed. The meat turned out tender, juicy, aromatic. This was my first time making tobacco chicken and it turned out delicious! The carcass was 450 gr. I fried it in a grill pan under a cast iron grill press, and in the oven with it. Excellent mix of spices! Thank you
