Chicken tabaka in adjika with butter
The crispy brown chicken is so good! Pamper your loved ones! For many years, chicken tabaka remains one of the most beloved dishes of Georgian cuisine. However, it is sometimes called “tapaka chicken,” where the latter word means a type of frying pan lid. That is, it is a lid without a handle, flat. The culinary recipe for this dish has many variations, where it is proposed to rub the chicken with a variety of products: salt mixed with pepper, garlic crushed with salt and even sour cream. Personally, I have always loved the option with adjika, moreover, market, not store-bought. In my opinion, the food becomes more flavorful in this case.
