STEP 1

How to make chicken salad with Chinese cabbage and corn? Pre-boil the chicken fillet and cool, then cut into cubes. It is more convenient to do this when the chicken meat has cooled a little in the refrigerator. In this case, it will not fall apart, but will be cut neatly.
STEP 2

Remove the top leaves from the cabbage and rinse it with water. Chop the cabbage into thin strips.
STEP 3

Place shredded cabbage and chopped chicken in a large bowl.
STEP 4

Boil the eggs, cool and peel. Cut them into small cubes. Drain canned corn. Add corn and chopped eggs to the salad.
STEP 5

Then finely chop the green onions and also add to the salad bowl. Add a little mayonnaise and mix everything well. Place the finished salad in a common salad bowl or in portions in a bowl. Cool slightly and serve. Bon appetit!
