Step-by-step preparation

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Prepare all the ingredients needed to prepare the dish. You can use sour cream of any fat content, seasonings can be used to suit your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Wash the chicken and dry it with a paper towel. Prepare the marinade: to do this, mix sour cream with salt and chicken seasoning. To prepare the marinade, you can use any spices you like, but I think that the chicken seasoning has all the components necessary for chicken meat, so I will use it. Coat the chicken with marinade inside and out and leave to marinate for 40 - 45 minutes.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the can of beer, pour exactly half of the beer out of it and wrap the can in food foil. Place the jar in a baking dish (it is better to place the jar not just on a baking sheet, but in the mold, since when baking a little liquid will be released from the chicken) and place the marinated chicken on top of it.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 80-90 minutes (depending on the size of the chicken). It happens that it is advised to cover the top of the chicken with a sheet of foil to prevent it from burning. But the top never burns for me, maybe it depends on the oven. Either way, keep an eye on your chicken and, if necessary, cover the top while baking. In general, the finished chicken turns out to be a good “tanned” color.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Remove the finished chicken from the jar and let it sit for 15 minutes. Then cut into portions and serve. Juicy, beautiful and very aromatic chicken on a beer can is ready! Bon appetit!
