When preparing chicken liver, you always have to keep a close eye on it so as not to overcook or dry it out. But, following this recipe, it was easy to prepare a dish with excellent taste. My liver turned out very tender and tasty. According to the recipe, I fried the onion until transparent. Then fried it with the liver for 3 minutes. Added sour cream and a little water. Stewed chicken liver in sour cream and gravy for 5 minutes. After that, I added flour diluted in water to the frying pan, stirred, brought to a boil, and kept on the fire for 2 minutes. I let the dish sit under the lid for 15 minutes. The gravy became thick, rich, softly enveloping each piece of liver. Although my sour cream was sour, it worked great in the finished dish, everything turned out perfect in taste. Thank you very much for the recipe!
