I use a similar recipe for chicken liver. But instead of cream I use sour cream.

Chicken liver in cream is a very tasty dish that doesn’t take long and is easy to prepare. I washed the liver and cut large pieces in half. Cut the onion into small cubes. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the onion, and lightly fry. Added the liver to the onion and fried it briefly, about 15 minutes. Then added cream, salt, pepper and simmered for 5 minutes.
