Chicken legs with rice in the oven

STEP 1

Prepare the ingredients. To cook chicken legs with rice in the oven we will need: chicken legs

Rinse the rice thoroughly, cover with cold water and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain the water.
STEP 3

Wash the legs, dry, sprinkle with spices for legs and 1/2 tsp. salt.
STEP 4

Distribute the spices over the legs.
STEP 5

Add the remaining 1/2 tsp to warm water. salt and pepper, stir until the salt dissolves.
STEP 6

Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
STEP 7

Combine rice with carrots and mix.
STEP 8

Place rice in a baking dish and smooth it out. Place the chicken legs on top. Pour in water with spices.
STEP 9

Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 50 minutes. To get a golden crust on the legs, you can bake the meat without foil for about another 20-25 minutes.
STEP 10

The chicken legs with rice are ready. Divide the dish among plates. Bon appetit!
