STEP 1

Products for preparing the recipe. The onions and garlic are peeled, they, as well as the chicken thighs (you can use other parts of the chicken), are thoroughly washed. Dry the chicken thighs with paper towels. Rub with a mixture of salt and pepper and leave for 15-30 minutes.
STEP 2

Cut the onion into half rings, garlic into slices.
STEP 3

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the thighs on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 4

Transfer the fried chicken thighs to a thick-bottomed pan.
STEP 5

In the same frying pan where the chicken was fried, fry the onion until golden brown, add a little salt and pepper, garlic and fry the onion and garlic together.
STEP 6

Then add a spoonful of flour, stir, fry for 1 minute or less, stirring constantly. Make sure that the flour does not burn and is evenly distributed.
STEP 7

Place the fried onion on top of the chicken and pour the wine into the pan.
STEP 8

Add spices. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over low heat for 40-45 minutes until the chicken is done. At the same time, we carefully ensure that the chicken and other components of the dish do not burn.
STEP 9
