I took two legs for the dish, cut them in half, salted them, sprinkled them with meat seasoning and sent them to fry in a heated frying pan. When the carrots were fried until half cooked, I added sour cream and water to the vegetables, stirred, added salt and let it boil. After that, I put pieces of meat into the sauce. I stewed the chicken in sour cream and garlic in a frying pan for 30 minutes, covered. The chicken turned out tasty, soft, aromatic, and went well with the sour cream and garlic sauce.
