Our ingredients. Wash the chicken carcass well and dry.

Then rub the carcass well outside and inside with salt, pepper and any spices you like.

Then rub well with mayonnaise, also outside and inside. And put in the refrigerator to marinate for 30-40 minutes.
STEP 4
While the chicken is marinating, let's start with the potatoes and carrots. Cut the potatoes into halves and the carrots into cubes.

Then we take the baking sleeve. We tie it well on one side with a clamp and carefully place our chicken inside. The sleeve should turn out like this - there are special holes on it at the top in the middle.
STEP 6
And the potatoes and carrots can be transferred to the bowl in which the chicken was marinated and mixed thoroughly in this marinade that remains.
STEP 7
Then we put our potatoes and carrots in the sleeve of the chicken and tie the other end of the sleeve with a special clip.
STEP 8
Carefully transfer our sleeved chicken into the multicooker bowl so that the “holes” on the sleeve are on top. Close the lid and set the “baking” program for 2 hours. After the signal about the end of the program, I would advise you to turn on the “warm” mode for at least 20 minutes, this will make the meat even more tender and softer.
STEP 9
After the signal about the end of the program, very carefully! So as not to get scalded, we take our chicken out onto a dish, lay out the potatoes next to it, decorate with herbs and invite everyone to the table! This is how the chicken and side dish came together. Bon appetit!
