Chicken giblet brawn

A budget option for homemade brawn made from offal. I like to cook brawn from different products - pork knuckle, chicken thighs, etc. Today I want to offer you a recipe for chicken giblets. This is a very tasty cold appetizer, reminiscent in taste of jellied meat and homemade sausage.
