Cut the onion into small cubes

Fry in a frying pan until golden brown along with mushrooms

While our mushrooms and onions are being fried, start cutting up our legs! To do this, turn the skin inside out.

Using a kitchen ax or a simple knife (as I did), remove the bone and meat

Meanwhile, our mushrooms and onions have already been fried! Mix them with chicken meat and cheese, salt and pepper. If desired, you can add your favorite spices

Grease the mold with oil. Place the drumsticks stuffed with mushrooms and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. oven for 30 minutes.

I had some filling left and while the drumsticks were baking I made these cutlets from it

After 30 minutes, remove these golden brown legs from the oven.
