    Grease the mold with oil. Place the drumsticks stuffed with mushrooms and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. oven for 30 minutes.

    I had some filling left and while the drumsticks were baking I made these cutlets from it

Several years ago I saw this recipe in Ilya Lazerson’s book “Taste it yourself and treat your friends.” Since then I have been preparing this dish often. It is not only tasty and original, and is always eaten with pleasure, but another advantage is that it can be prepared in advance, it is tasty both hot and cold. Mushrooms can be champignons. It is better to use chicken legs, there is more skin and it can cover the filling well. Very good recipe
