I put the legs in the sleeve and first added dry spices directly into the sleeve onto the legs, shook the sleeve, then the liquid ones, everything dispersed well. I found something important for myself in this recipe, namely that you can cut the sleeve and return it back to the oven so that the legs have a golden brown crust. I marinated the drumsticks in spices, as per the recipe, but instead of grainy mustard I used regular mustard. I put it in the refrigerator to marinate overnight. I baked the drumsticks in a sleeve in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes. Then I opened the sleeve and another 15 minutes. An excellent option for preparing chicken drumsticks: very tasty!
