You can also choose your own set of dry spices. Chicken legs can be taken chilled or frozen; in the latter case, they must be defrosted in advance by placing them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

    In a separate bowl, combine all the dry spices. I use paprika, suneli hops, special spices for chicken, ground pepper and salt. I also add curry, although the chicken spices also contain it, but I like the aroma of this spice, so I add more of it. Mix all the spices.

    Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press.

    Combine mayonnaise with garlic and mix.

    Clean the chicken drumsticks, wash and dry.

Bake the chicken for about 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C, periodically pouring the juice from the bottom of the baking sheet over the legs. For the holiday, I baked chicken drumsticks in the oven with mayonnaise. It turned out great! For the marinade I used mayonnaise with a fat content of 67% and olive oil. I don’t like hops-suneli, so I used paprika, curry and chicken seasoning for the spices. I marinated the legs in the refrigerator overnight. During this time, the meat was marinated so well, it became soft and tasty. I baked them for only 30 minutes. How they turned red! The crust is crispy! The meat is aromatic, spicy - very tasty! All the guests liked the drumsticks, because it is not only tasty, but also filling. Baked chicken meat goes especially well with boiled potatoes and vegetable salads.
