STEP 1
How to bake chicken drumstick in the oven with mayonnaise? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can use any mayonnaise of your choice. I have a homemade one, made with aquafaba. You can also choose your own set of dry spices. Chicken legs can be taken chilled or frozen; in the latter case, they must be defrosted in advance by placing them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.
STEP 2
In a separate bowl, combine all the dry spices. I use paprika, suneli hops, special spices for chicken, ground pepper and salt. I also add curry, although the chicken spices also contain it, but I like the aroma of this spice, so I add more of it. Mix all the spices.
STEP 3
Peel the garlic cloves and pass through a press.
STEP 4
Combine mayonnaise with garlic and mix.
STEP 5
Clean the chicken drumsticks, wash and dry.
STEP 6
Sprinkle the chicken drumsticks with a mixture of dry spices and leave for 20 minutes.
STEP 7
Add mayonnaise mixed with garlic to the bowl with chicken legs.
STEP 8
Mix everything well so that the mayonnaise is evenly distributed over the chicken. Place the bowl of chicken in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes. You can leave it to marinate overnight.
STEP 9
Cover a baking sheet with parchment. Grease the parchment with vegetable oil. Place the chicken legs on a baking sheet. Bake the chicken for about 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180°C, periodically pouring the juice from the bottom of the baking sheet over the legs. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven. Bon appetit!
