    How to make chicken cutlets without bread? To prepare the cutlets, pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder and turn it into minced meat. Place the minced meat in a spacious bowl in which you will prepare the cutlet mass.

I decided to make cutlets for dinner for the whole family and I liked this simple recipe for delicious cutlets. I used store-bought minced chicken. Added a homemade egg and grated onion. From the spices I added salt and ground coriander. I added potato starch as described in the recipe. The minced meat turned out to be an excellent consistency. I made cutlets and rolled them in breadcrumbs. I immediately fried some of it in refined oil, and froze some of it. Cooked until golden brown over medium heat. This recipe made great chicken cutlets without bread. The cutlets are fried and crispy on the outside, and soft and juicy on the inside. Very aromatic, dietary, filling, appetizing and tasty minced chicken cutlets. Everyone really liked it, especially my son. Great recipe. Many thanks to the author!
