STEP 1
How to simmer chicken breasts in a creamy sauce in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this.
STEP 2
Rinse chicken breast fillets in running water and dry with a paper towel. Then cut the meat into pieces. Sprinkle the chopped chicken with paprika, salt and pepper. Stir and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Peel a few cloves of garlic and cut each clove lengthwise into 2-4 pieces. Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped garlic in the hot oil and fry for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Then remove the garlic from the pan - we no longer need it. He gave all his aroma to the oil.
STEP 4
Place the chicken pieces in the pan and fry them for 5-7 minutes until they begin to brown. Then add some hot water to the pan and cover with a lid. Simmer the chicken fillet over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
STEP 5
Grate the cheese into a separate bowl. Add chopped herbs and pour cream over everything. Stir. You should get a homogeneous mass.
STEP 6
After braising, the chicken should become soft. Pour the resulting creamy cheese sauce over it. In a hot pan, the cheese will begin to melt and the sauce will thicken.
STEP 7
Mix everything and heat on fire for a couple more minutes. Remove the finished dish from the heat and serve hot. Complete with a side dish of pasta, rice or potatoes. Bon appetit!
