STEP 1

How to bake chicken breasts in foil? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Rinse the chicken breasts well under running water and pat dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Pour some vegetable oil into a separate bowl. Add salt and spices. As a spice, you can add ground peppers and dried aromatic herbs, such as dill or basil.

Next, pour paprika into the bowl.

Peel a few cloves of garlic and chop them by passing them through a garlic press or finely chopping them with a knife. Mix all ingredients together.

Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the resulting marinade. If you have time, you can leave the breasts to marinate a little. Or you can start baking right away.

Place each breast on a separate sheet of foil. Fasten first at the top and then at the sides. Pack it so that you can quickly open the top, but at the same time so that the juice cannot leak out.

Place the breasts wrapped in foil in a baking dish. Any heat-resistant form is suitable for this purpose: ceramic, glass or metal. Place the pan in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your oven. 15 minutes before the end of baking, open the top of the foil and leave the breasts in the oven to brown a little.

During this time, the chicken breasts will bake in their own juices and will be well saturated with the aromas of garlic and spices. Remove the finished juicy breasts from the oven, cool slightly and serve. When preparing chicken breasts this way, they can be served in a foil boat. It looks very unusual.
