Chicken breast with oranges and bell peppers

STEP 1
How to make peppered chicken breasts? First, prepare the required products. If necessary, defrost the meat in advance, wash and dry thoroughly. Wash the vegetables too and remove the peel, seeds and stalks. Use peppers of different colors to make the dish look brighter and more appetizing.
STEP 2
Separate the chicken fillet from the bone if necessary (you can buy boneless fillet right away). Remove skin.
STEP 3
Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
STEP 4
Transfer the meat to a bowl and sprinkle with curry. Add some salt. Pepper it. Stir and leave for at least 10 minutes.

Cut the peeled onions into thin half rings.
STEP 6
Cut the bell pepper into strips. I have it in two colors, red and yellow. You can take orange, green.
STEP 7
Squeeze the juice out of a fresh orange. You can replace it with juice in a jar only if it is sugar-free.
STEP 8
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion until it changes color slightly. I fry for about five minutes.
STEP 9
Add chicken fillet to the pan. Fry it for 3-5 minutes, stirring.
STEP 10
Pour orange juice into the chicken. Start simmering the meat, stirring, over low heat. This will take at least 15 minutes.
STEP 11
Add chopped peppers to the pan.
STEP 12
And stir. Cook the dish until fully cooked and to your liking. If you want golden brown meat, give the chicken time to fry well, and only then add pepper. If you want a little sauce, add boiled water. For taste, add chopped garlic to the dish 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
STEP 13
Ready! The finished chicken breast with bell pepper can be decorated with herbs and served.
