    Rub the chicken fillet with salt and a mixture of spices and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature to marinate. You can use any spices you like or use a ready-made chicken seasoning kit. I added a pinch of this seasoning.

    Cut the parchment into squares taking into account the size of the chicken fillet so that the paper is twice as large as a piece of meat and with a small margin if you want so that the fat from the meat does not flow out to the bottom of the pan during frying.     Place the chicken fillet on one half of the parchment square, cover it tightly on top with the other part of the parchment and place it in a well-heated dry frying pan. I was afraid that the chicken fillet would stick to the parchment during frying and then it would be difficult to separate it from the paper, so I greased it with vegetable oil. But you probably don’t have to do this; chicken meat releases a large amount of juice during the frying process, which prevents the meat from burning to the parchment.

    Reduce the heat to medium so that the meat does not burn and fry the chops, literally, for 5-7 minutes on each side until a blush forms, which is clearly visible through the parchment, and if desired, you can bend it and check the readiness of the meat with the sharp tip of a knife, the juice is released should be transparent. Remove the chicken chops from the pan and serve immediately with a side dish to taste or as a separate meat dish. Bon appetit!

I saw a recipe for chicken breast chops in a frying pan and really wanted to cook it. I cut the breast in half and beat it with a hammer. I usually cover the meat with a bag or cling film to make it easier to wash the hammer later. Seasoned the breast with prepared chicken and turkey spices. Excellent idea with parchment, especially for those who have everything sticking to the pan. Usually you want to cook meat with a crust, and during the cooking process all the delicious crust remains in the pan. So I took parchment paper, wrapped the chicken and fried it on both sides. I put 2-3 pieces at a time in the parchment so as not to stand over the stove for a long time. After cooking, the chops turned out great and juicy!

I wanted to fry chicken tenders. I found on my favorite website an interesting recipe for chops that are cooked in a frying pan in parchment. I decided to do the same. Chicken fillet cut into plates. They seemed long to me so I cut them in half. I beat it through the bag with a hammer so as not to tear the meat. I sprinkled with chicken seasoning, basil and ground paprika, but did not add salt since the seasoning already contains salt. I fried it on a square of parchment as described in the recipe. I didn't lubricate anything with oil. It turned out great. The pan is clean and the meat is tasty. It's very quick to cook and not at all difficult. The chicken meat came out tender, juicy and flavorful. We really liked the chicken breast chops in the pan. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetables for dinner. Delicious.
