    How to make a chicken bowl? Prepare your food. It is better to take the fillet chilled, it will be juicier. You can use any spices for chicken, I used paprika. Place the corn in a sieve to drain the liquid.

    First of all, cook the bulgur. To do this, take a saucepan with a thick bottom, place it on low heat and pour a little vegetable oil into it. Add the cereal and stir until it is completely coated with oil. Fry a little and then pour in boiling water. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid and leave the bulgur to cook for about 10 minutes.

    While the bulgur is cooking, work on the chicken. Wash and dry the fillet. Cut it into two parts, equal in thickness. Salt and season each piece with spices.

    Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Place the meat. Fry the meat for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown, then reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook the fillet until cooked. This will take 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces. In the meantime, the bulgur will be ready, all the water will be absorbed into it. Salt and stir it.

    Prepare the vegetables. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Peel it, cut the pulp into thin slices crosswise.
