I only make broth from chicken backs and have never baked them. I know a recipe for baking chicken wings in soy sauce.

This recipe has a delicious marinade. Using this recipe as a basis, I made chicken wings rather than chicken backs in the oven. Everything is the same, only I changed the backs to wings due to the lack of them. The result was fragrant wings with a crispy crust. I marinated the wings and let them stand for about 40 minutes. Cooked at 200 degrees for about 45-55 minutes until golden brown. It was important that the wings crunch. Of course, a lot of fat has been rendered, but it can be used to prepare another dish. Therefore, I poured the chicken fat into a separate bowl. The aroma is gorgeous. This recipe produces crispy wings that are not only tasty and flavorful, but also very appetizing. I served the dish without a side dish, they just sat there and crunched while watching the program. It's incredibly tasty! And also quick and simple. Thanks to the author for an interesting idea!
