Cheesecakes with semolina and sour cream in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

I am preparing the necessary ingredients for making cheesecakes in the oven.
STEP 2

I put cottage cheese in the bowl of the food processor, add all the other ingredients, sugar, sour cream, butter at room temperature, a chicken egg, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and mix everything.
STEP 3

I transfer the finished mixture into a bowl, add raisins, previously washed in hot water and dried with a towel. I mix everything, distributing the raisins evenly throughout the mixture.
STEP 4

I leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes for the semolina to swell.
STEP 5

Then I put the mixture into molds, filling them 1/3 of the way.
STEP 6

Place in a preheated oven at 190 degrees and bake until golden brown.
STEP 7

I let the finished baked cheesecakes cool slightly and remove them from the molds.
STEP 8

I transfer it to a dish; for decoration you can use sour cream, jam, fresh berries and melted chocolate. Bon appetit!!!
