Cheesecakes in a slow cooker

Familiar, tasty, familiar, but unusually prepared! The multicooker is an excellent assistant for preparing many dishes. You can even make cottage cheese pancakes in it. This option is great in situations where there is no stove nearby. For example, at the dacha.

  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make cheesecakes in a slow cooker? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I recommend using soft, but not wet cottage cheese. Excess moisture from the cottage cheese will negatively affect the baking process. To make the cheesecakes more tender, you can rub the cottage cheese through a sieve.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

For the curd dough, combine soft cottage cheese with sugar and egg. Mix all ingredients.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then add the sifted flour and a pinch of vanillin to the bowl. Mix all the flour into the curd dough. For this I use a regular fork. If you want to get cheesecakes with a more uniform structure, then all the ingredients can be punched a little with a submersible blender. But, at the same time, you may need a little more flour. I prefer that there are noticeable particles of cottage cheese in cheesecakes, so I don’t do this. The finished cottage cheese dough should be thick, but not very dense

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour some flour into a separate bowl. Take a little curd dough with a spoon and roll in flour. Use your hands to form small cheesecakes. Give them the desired shape - round or oval.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Turn the multicooker on to the “Bake” mode for 30 minutes. Give her time to warm up. Then pour a little vegetable oil and lay out the cheesecakes. Close the multicooker with a lid and cook the cheesecakes for 8-10 minutes.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Then open the slow cooker and turn the cheesecakes over. Cook them the same way on the other side for 8-10 minutes. Be guided by the power of your multicooker. Of course, in a multicooker, cheesecakes take longer to cook than in a frying pan, but they taste more tender and soft.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Ready-made cheesecakes are very tasty both hot and cold. Add cheesecakes with sour cream, jam or condensed milk. You can even just sprinkle with powdered sugar. Enjoy your treat!

The multicooker is an excellent helper, I completely agree with the author of the recipe. I also decided to cook cheesecakes in a slow cooker. I used fatty homemade cottage cheese, which I rubbed through a sieve for a more uniform consistency of the cheesecakes. Added sugar, flour and egg, stirred with a fork. I also added some raisins to the cheesecake dough. She made round cakes with her hands and rolled them in flour. The dough is excellent, not very dense, but molds well. I cooked it in a multicooker in the “baking” mode with the lid closed, as the author writes, for 12 minutes on each side until golden brown. Great recipe! The cheesecakes in the slow cooker turned out to be tender, soft, well-baked, very tasty with a uniform cross-sectional structure. Both children and adults liked the dessert. I will make it again and recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the author!
