Mix the dough with a spoon and then with your hands, knead for 10-15 minutes

Well-kneaded dough is smooth, even, elastic and does not stick to your hands.

Cover the dough with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour and 20 minutes. The rising time may take a little longer than usual because our dough contains a lot of baking. The dough should double in size
