Cheese scones

Do you want your friends to be jealous? Serve them this snack! If you want something tasty, but don’t want to spend a lot of time with the dough, then you’ll definitely like these cute triangles! Previously, I only made sweet scones, but as it turns out, they turn out just as good as salty ones. In addition to the cheese, you can add toasted bacon or some sun-dried tomatoes, herbs, whatever! It turns out very tasty, the top is crispy (just like crackers), and the inside is very soft.

I always thought that scones were fluffy sweet buns with all sorts of sweet fillings. A friend even somehow adapted in the fall to making them with apples and pumpkin, that is, with those products that are plentiful in the fall. Well, this option is absolutely amazing, I throw away all the hamburgers, sandwiches, hot sandwiches) I love everything so baked and rosy! It’s a pity that I often can’t bake, both in order to save my figure and due to lack of time, but such delicious scones are simply tempting, I’ll definitely try it

Yes, girls, on our website - you won’t lose weight))) Scones, that means there will be scones, I’m sure that our participants will try to cook them, because they look so appetizing, Irisha did her best. The dough made with flour and cheese is always excellent and manageable, such cute triangles can be made very small and served with caviar, garnished with herbs and cheese, it’s definitely delicious, I just want to try it, go for it, friends, there are so many holiday offers from our leaders that I’m glad this oo with all my heart, thank you, Irisha!

I agree, the recipe is excellent. Most likely, I’ll try to do it for the New Year, or during the holidays for sure. It’s very appetizing and looks beautiful with red fish. Did I understand correctly, the fish is salted and added to ready-made triangles?

Julia, I really hope you like the scones. They turn out like buns, only with a crispy crust on top; if you want to make them for sandwiches, it’s better to cut them out round rather than into triangles. I put fish in the finished scones as an example, but you can fill them with anything you like

A great snack. This is suitable for any holiday. And the most important thing is that these scones can be made in any shape: round, square, triangles, diamonds, hearts... whichever one you like best, or which one is more convenient, or whichever shape is best suited for the idea and filling. Or you can make them not salty with hard cheese in the dough, but sweet! And add sugar or powder to the dough, naturally. Or you can also use cocoa powder - that would be interesting too. You can have coconut and nuts. Then the variations of fillings for such scones increases significantly! Thanks to the author for the wonderful recipe :)
