STEP 1

Next add sour cream and melted butter. Mix everything into the dough.

Add baking soda. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour. Focus on the consistency of the dough.

The finished dough is quite thick. Almost like pancakes.

Place frozen berries into the finished dough and gently fold them in. It is convenient to do this with a spatula or spoon so that the berries do not squash too much and do not release juice.
STEP 7
For baking, I take a springform pan (18 cm). Cover the bottom with parchment and grease the sides with butter. Place the finished dough in the mold and distribute it evenly throughout the entire mold. Place the pie in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 40-50 minutes.
STEP 8
The finished pie will become a delicious golden color and increase in size. Remove the pie from the oven, cool slightly and serve.
