I cooked chanterelles in sour cream for dinner. I had almost 600 grams of mushrooms, so I prepared the dish for 4 servings. I used 20 percent sour cream. Instead of dill, I added a little dried thyme. Everything was done according to the recipe. The chanterelles turned out soft, but crispy. Sour cream sauce perfectly complements the taste of mushrooms. It turned out to be a very appetizing dish. I served chanterelles in sour cream with spaghetti. Maria, thank you very much for the recipe!
