A very original breading for cabbage. I usually fry cauliflower in egg and flour. I wanted to experiment and I prepared cauliflower according to this recipe. I disassembled the young cauliflower into inflorescences, boiled it, and cooled it. Then she rolled it in beaten egg, followed by breadcrumbs. Fry in oil on each side for 3 minutes over medium heat.
